Description

The Milestone UltraWAVE microwave mineralizer is a unique device. Structurally and ideologically completely different from classic mineralizers with closed vessels. UltraWAVE works in SRC (Single Reactor Chamber) technology – a single reactor chamber. The said reactor is made of a thick stainless steel jacket, capable of maintaining extreme conditions inside: temperature up to 300 ° C and pressure up to 200 bar. This allows the full mineralization of the heaviest samples in an even shorter time. Inside the chamber, we can place several types of vessels (Teflon, glass, quartz) in a 22-position holder. The dishes are immersed in water. Thanks to this, we have an absolute guarantee that all samples are in the same conditions. The individual vessels (test tubes) are not closed or screwed, only the lid is put on, which greatly facilitates and speeds up the entire process and significantly reduces operating costs.
The SRC technology enables the mineralization of a sample of any size, even up to several dozen grams, and the simultaneous digestion of samples with the most diverse matrices.
