Assembly line for auto-antennas STILL V, r.v. 2020, allows the assembly of 6 types of antennas, cycle time: 13,3sec with 2 operators. The line consists of main parts: 1.) conveyor system, 2.) station for loading and unloading from and onto pallets, 3.) rotary table for loading, control and mounting of the PCB module to the base, 4.) turntable for laser welding components to the PCB modules, 5.) turntable for loading and mounting the top cover antennas to the base, 6.) turntable for testing the antennas and laser marking them, 7.) station for loading/unloading products to the pallet. PLC control system SIEMENS S7 with fault signalling, emergency automatic mode, 400V/50Hz power supply, pneumatic components SMC, BOSCH FESTO, METALWORK, camera systems COGNES, marking lasers Panasonic, Keyence, Lasit, Sisma, robotic systems KUKA.
