All cancellation requests must be submitted through your Reusedge account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Sellers have the right to cancel an order if the product is no longer available, is damaged, or if incorrect pricing/listing details were provided.
In such cases, buyers will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.
Reusedge reserves the right to automatically cancel any order if:
The payment is not received or is unsuccessful.
The order is flagged as suspicious or fraudulent.
If a cancellation is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Any transaction or processing fees charged by third-party payment gateways may be non-refundable.
Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation, including:
Customized or specially ordered machinery.
Items sold under a “final sale” or “as-is” condition.
Products already shipped, delivered, or transferred to the buyer.
