VEGA MULTIFOLD SUPER 1.8 TOWEL FOLDING MACHINE YEAR OF PRODUCTION – 2017 AFTER RENOVATION 12 MONTHS WARRANTY MACHINE WITH TRANSPORT CONVEYOR
This machine can fold single lines to create a French stack combined with 1, 2 or French cross stacks and automatic sorting of up to three stackers below the machine.
Width of stacking conveyors: 600 mm – 600 mm – 600 mm.
Side folds are made using two mechanical knives. Additional photocells for pre-selection of width for faster towel processing.
Central belt conveyor on the left or right – return to the operator or in the opposite direction.
Stops at the edges to adjust the sides.
Constant speed 52m/min. Maximum length of inserted towels 1,800 mm.
Maximum width of inserted towels 1,200 mm. Colorful frame powder-coated gray RAL 7035.
Colorful panels powder-coated blue RAL 5015. Voltage 3 x 400 V (+/- 5%) 50 Hz.
Control voltage 24 V.
