4. Prohibited Items

You may not post, sell, or buy the following on Reusedge:

  • Hazardous materials (explosives, toxic chemicals).
  • Government property or military equipment.
  • Any items restricted or prohibited under Indian law.

We reserve the right to remove such listings and suspend related accounts.

5. Listings & Content

  • We may edit, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion.
  • Listings may automatically expire unless renewed.
  • Fake, duplicate, or poor-quality listings can lead to account suspension.
  • By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content on Reusedge and in promotional material.

6. Seller Obligations & Upload Policy

  • Sellers must ensure all uploaded listings are accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
  • Only equipment legally owned or authorized for sale may be listed.
  • Listings must include clear descriptions, specifications, and genuine images of the actual product.
  • Duplicate, fake, or incomplete listings may be removed without notice.
  • Sellers are solely responsible for the legality, quality, safety, and condition of their products.
  • Sellers must not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights (e.g., copyrighted manuals, logos).
  • Reusedge reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently ban sellers who repeatedly violate these rules.

7. Fees & Payments

  • Basic listings may be free.
  • Premium or featured ads may carry additional fees.
  • Payments (if applicable) are processed via secure third-party gateways.
  • No hidden charges — all fees will be clearly displayed.

8. Communication & Transactions

  • Users must communicate respectfully and honestly.
  • Reusedge is not responsible for offline or external transactions.
  • Buyers should inspect items before payment or shipment.
  • We do not handle payment disputes unless explicitly stated.

9. Account Management

  • Users must keep login credentials secure.
  • Fake or duplicate accounts are prohibited.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for rule violations, fraud, or repeated reports.
  • Users may request account deletion by emailing support@reusedge.com.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, and original content on Reusedge belong to Reusedge.
